What was good about this product or service overall?
My Amazon account as suspended for policy violations..I was devastated beause as a single mom, this my only source of income. The service was incredible..Fast, courteous and professional. Easy to follow instructions..I was reinstated in less than 24 hours.

Hopefully I will not need to buy from Thompson and Holt again, as hopefully I will not get my Amazon account suspended again. If for some reason a suspension does come around, I would not hesitate in using them again. They know just what to put in the appeal, and what works, and this is what worked for me. Thank you.
Had my Amazon account suspended due to some customer complaints regarding images, description, material not matching listings.

I used Thompson and Holts services to reinstate my Seller account after it was suspended for inauthentic items even though I had the invoices. It took 2 days for my account to be reinstated. After discussing my concerns that this could happen again they recommended that I sign to the monitor and protect software service that monitors my account. I used this for one month as it was free and then an ASIN was suspended, Thompson and Holt reinstated the ASIN for free because I was using monitor and protect. The service is great and I was told that I am covered for £50,000 to cover my costs if my account is suspended. I wish that I will never use this Amazon seller insurance but its there if I need to. I have told all my friends about this too.
What was good about this product or service overall? They were more than helpful. They were extremely communicative, supportive and solved my issue with-in a matter of days. I received emails from them daily giving me pertinent updates and information. I couldn't recommend them any higher. If you find yourself having issues with your Amazon Seller account do not hesitate to employ their services. It will definitely be worth every penny.
